SADIE FAY
Actor & Improviser
Hi! I'm Sadie Fay (she/her)- a mixed race, queer cis woman.
I studied Acting for Film and Television at Niagara College, as well as improv and sketch comedy through The Second City's Conservatory program.
I write and perform comedy with the sketch troupe Cookie Biscuits.
I live in Toronto*, which is my 14th city, in my 25th house. Aussi, je parle français!
*Toronto is the traditional territory of many nations including the Mississaugas of the Credit, the Anishnabeg, the Chippewa, the Haudenosaunee and the Wendat peoples and is now home to many diverse First Nations, Inuit and Métis peoples.
Some of my ancestors came to Canada as settlers and I acknowledge that I, like them, have benefitted from colonization. I work now to unlearn colonial power structures and recognize their intrinsic harm.
